The location was fantastic with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The Burton Road tram station was just around the corner, making transportation into the city easy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

My stay at Goulden Road Haven was overall enjoyable. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants in close proximity. The Burton Road tram station made it convenient to explore the city. Despite a few minor issues with the property, such as a broken bed and a cupboard door coming off, the apartment was still usable and comfortable. I would recommend this place for its convenient location and comfortable stay.

Great location, shops, bars, restaurants. Close to Burton Road tram. Convenient for exploring Manchester. Plenty of amenities nearby.

The Burton Road tram station is just a stone's throw away, making it convenient to travel into the city. Plus, the regular tram service is a real time, saver.
The property definitely needs some work, especially the exterior. the surroundings could use some tidying up, and it seems like there might be ongoing renovations in the basement.
